Due to the natural nature of our products there are no refunds or exchanges. Please make sure your address is correct when placing your order. We aren't responsible for lost packages due to incorrect addresses. On the off chance that the package is returned back to us, and the client might want the package to be re-sent.
The customer will be responsible for the shipping fee. However, ifan item is delivered destroyed, email us within 2-3 days, and we will replace the item for you free of charge. Please supply us with a picture of the item broken to prevent this from happening again.
