We do not ship on weekends or holidays. Orders are processed within 2–3 business days, and shipping typically takes 3–5 business days via USPS.
Refunds & Exchanges
We do not offer refunds or exchanges. Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.
We are not responsible for packages lost due to incorrect addresses.
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, and you would like it re-shipped, the customer is responsible for the additional shipping fee.
If your item arrives damaged, please email us at info@novaganics.com within 2–3 days of delivery. Be sure to include a photo of the damaged item so we can replace it for you at no cost and work to prevent it from happening again.
