Shipping policy
Orders are processed within 2–3 business days. Once processed, shipping typically takes 3–5 business days. We do not process or ship orders on weekends (Saturday or Sunday)
All orders are shipped via USPS. You will receive a tracking number once your order has been shipped.
Please note: Processing times may be slightly longer during holidays or major sales.
Delays Disclaimer
We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier (USPS), weather, or other external factors once your order has left our facility.
A tracking number will be sent to your email once your order ships. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear.
Lost or Stolen Packages
If your tracking shows "delivered" but you haven’t received your package, please contact USPS directly. While we’re happy to assist, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages
Promotions & Free Shipping Policy
To keep our promotions fair and consistent for all customers, only one discount or promotional offer may be used per order. Coupon codes cannot be combined or stacked.
Free shipping is available on orders of $50 or more when no storewide sale or promotional event is active.
During sales and promotional events such as our Spring Restock, Summer Restock, Black Friday, or other sitewide sales we are unable to authorize additional discounts, coupon codes, or free shipping. Our sale prices already reflect significant savings, and this policy helps us continue offering high-quality, handcrafted products at fair prices.
