Shipping policy

Orders are processed within 2–3 business days. Once processed, shipping typically takes 3–5 business days. We do not process or ship orders on weekends (Saturday or Sunday)

All orders are shipped via USPS. You will receive a tracking number once your order has been shipped.

Please note: processing times may be slightly longer during holidays or major sales.

Delays Disclaimer

We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier (USPS), weather, or other external factors once your order has left our facility.

A tracking number will be sent to your email once your order ships. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Lost or Stolen Packages

If your tracking shows "delivered" but you haven’t received your package, please contact USPS directly. While we’re happy to assist, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
